By using the SirketAmerika website, mobile app and client portal and by purchasing services, you agree to the following terms.
Scope of Services
SirketAmerika provides document preparation, filing and process management for U.S. company formation, EIN applications, registered agent service, annual compliance, accounting and tax. The standard formation package covers the state filing and company registration, the EIN application, preparation of formation documents, official filings, client support and progress tracking. Package contents vary by the package you choose.
Out-of-Scope Services
The following are not part of the standard formation package and are quoted separately: ITIN applications; trademark registration; company transfers and ownership changes; payroll setup and management; sales tax registrations; Amazon / Stripe / PayPal verification; bank compliance documentation; custom accounting reports; tax penalty resolution; IRS audit and examination support.
Timelines
Standard formation usually takes 1–15 business days. With an SSN, the EIN is often issued the same day after state approval; without an SSN it takes about 4–6 weeks depending on IRS workload (up to 8 weeks in busy periods). Timing depends on state workload, public holidays, the IRS calendar and government approval times. No specific completion time is guaranteed.
Payment Policy
Payment is required up front for all services; your filing starts once payment is confirmed. You can pay by card (secure payment link), bank transfer or Zelle. Urgent and priority requests are processed only after payment and all required documents have been received. Listed prices are starting prices; state fees, workload and additional requirements can change the amount.
Refunds and Cancellation
Once your filing has started, government fees, IRS processing fees and completed service fees are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Consulting
Bookkeeping and accounting packages include a standard amount of client support. Phone calls exceeding 1 hour in total per month, out-of-scope advisory requests, custom financial analysis and additional support are billed at $100 per hour. Additional bank accounts, payroll, sales tax tracking and custom reporting may be billed separately. Planned consulting calls are scheduled in advance by appointment.
Post-Formation Support
After formation we provide document guidance, tax-season reminders, accounting setup guidance, QuickBooks onboarding and process advice. The scope depends on the selected package.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all requested documents and information in full, keep their ID and address details up to date, respond to process updates on time and carefully review official documents. All legal and financial responsibility arising from untrue, incomplete or incorrect information rests with the client. If the address on your ID differs from your current address, the address on the ID may be used for official filings. SirketAmerika is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information. Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorized access.
Disclaimer
Services provided by SirketAmerika consist of information, process management and professional support. Government processing times, approvals, additional document requests and system delays are outside SirketAmerika’s control. Unless expressly stated, we do not provide legal representation, attorney services or formal legal advice. Bank account approval is entirely at the discretion of the financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SirketAmerika’s liability is limited to the service fee paid for the relevant service.
Intellectual Property
This site, the app and the documents and materials we provide belong to SirketAmerika. Copying, reproducing, sharing, commercial use or similar use by third parties without permission is prohibited.
