You can request deletion of your SirketAmerika account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page applies to all accounts on the SirketAmerika website, client portal and the SirketAmerika mobile app (Android and iOS).
1. Close Your Account in the App
- Sign in to the SirketAmerika app.
- Open the Account tab and tap Close my account at the bottom.
- Confirm with your password.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on all devices. Your deletion request is forwarded to our team automatically.
2. Request by Email
If you can’t access the app, email info@sirketamerika.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request” and include your full name. Once we confirm the request is yours, we close your account and let you know.
Data We Delete
Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest, and the following data is permanently deleted:
- Account and profile details (name, email, phone, language and notification preferences)
- Session, device and sign-in keys
- Your messages with our team and your notifications
- Documents and ID images you uploaded (those not subject to legal retention)
- Unfinished application drafts
Records We Must Keep
Records of filings made with government agencies (state agencies, the IRS), invoices and payment records, and formation documents are kept encrypted with restricted access for the retention periods required by tax, accounting and other applicable laws, and are deleted when those periods end. They are not used for any other purpose.
Important
Deleting your account does not dissolve a company formed in the U.S. Company dissolution and ending registered agent service are separate procedures — contact us at info@sirketamerika.com for help.
