SirketAmerika provides digital and professional services; we do not sell or ship physical products. This page explains how and when our services are delivered.
1. How Services Are Delivered
All documents (for example, Articles of Organization / Incorporation, your EIN confirmation letter, operating agreement and registered agent notices) are uploaded to your secure client portal, and we notify you by email. You can download them from the portal at any time.
2. Timelines
- Work begins: within 1 business day after your payment is confirmed and we have all required information.
- State approval: varies by state; usually 3–7 business days in Florida. Estimated times for each state are shown on our state pages. Expedited processing can shorten this where the state offers it.
- EIN: usually a few business days for applicants with an SSN or ITIN; for applicants without an SSN/ITIN, IRS processing can take several weeks.
- Annual reports and amendments: usually submitted within 1–5 business days; approval time depends on the agency.
3. Delays
Government processing times, requests for additional documents and system outages are outside our control. If there is a delay, we keep you updated by portal message and email. We do not guarantee an exact approval date.
4. Physical Mail
With virtual address and registered agent service, official mail you receive is scanned and uploaded to your portal. If you want the original document shipped to you, we quote the shipping cost in advance.
5. What We Need From You
To start, we need complete information such as your ID document, company details and e-signature. Missing information or documents will extend the timeline.
6. Service Restrictions
- We do not provide services to persons or entities on U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions lists or to persons residing in sanctioned countries.
- We do not help form companies for unlawful or deceptive purposes, and we may request identity verification.
- SirketAmerika is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We recommend consulting a licensed professional for tax and legal decisions.
