Forming a U.S. company from Türkiye or any other country is possible and increasingly common. With the right plan, you can form and run your company without traveling to the U.S.
1. No Citizenship or Residency Required
You don’t need to be a citizen, green card holder or U.S. resident to own a U.S. company. You can apply with your passport and basic information.
2. Registered Agent and U.S. Address
Every company needs a registered agent in its state of formation to receive official notices. A U.S. business address also helps with banks and payment platforms — a virtual business address covers this.
3. An EIN Without an SSN
The EIN is your company’s federal tax number. If the responsible party has no SSN/ITIN, the application can’t be filed online; Form SS-4 is sent to the IRS by fax or mail. It takes about 4–6 weeks depending on IRS workload, and we can handle the whole process.
4. Bank Account
Some banks and fintech providers open accounts remotely for non-residents. Having your formation documents, EIN letter and operating agreement ready makes it easier. Approval is always the bank’s decision.
5. Get the Tax Side Right From Day One
